Vishay General Semiconductor MBRx High-Voltage TMBS® Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor MBRx High-Voltage TMBS® (Trench MOS Barrier Schottky) Rectifiers are designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. These rectifiers feature Trench MOS Schottky technology, which provides a low forward voltage drop and minimal power losses, enhancing overall efficiency. The components are capable of handling high-frequency operations and are suitable for use in switch mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, and freewheeling diodes. The MBRx High-Voltage TMBS Rectifiers offer a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of up to 200V and an average forward current of 30A per device. Additionally, these rectifiers exhibit excellent thermal performance with a maximum junction temperature of +150°C, making them reliable for demanding applications.
