Vishay Semiconductors TransZorb® Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay Semiconductors TransZorb® Transient Voltage Suppressors with a glass passivated chip junction offer 6.5W power dissipation. These voltage suppressors feature excellent clamping capability, very fast response time, and low incremental surge. The TransZorb transient voltage suppressors are available in unidirectional and bidirectional polarity. These voltage suppressors are AEC-Q101 qualified. The TransZorb transient voltage suppressors are used in ICs, MOSFETs, signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, telecommunication, and automotive applications.
