VORAGO Technologies VC91200 Radiation-Hardened Latch-Up Monitor IC
VORAGO Technologies VC91200 Radiation-Hardened Latch-Up Monitor IC is a four-channel overcurrent protection ASIC. It features HARDSIL® technology for radiation performance and latch-up immunity. The device has a digital timer watchdog functionality configurable for individual channels or universal shutdown, a configurable timeout period, and a load supply range of 12V.
