The onsemi NXH800H120L7QDSG QDual3 is a 1200V, 800A-rated half-bridge IGBT power module. This module integrates Field Stop Trench 7 IGBTs and Gen 7 diodes to provide low conduction losses and switching losses. This enables designers to achieve high efficiency and superior reliability.
