Mouser Long-Term Partner DS PENSKE Formula E Team Racing Team Heads to Italy's Adriatic Coast for Misano Doubleheader
April 9, 2023 – Mouser Electronics, Inc., the New Product Introduction (NPI) leader™ empowering innovation, is ready to cheer on the DS PENSKE Formula E racing team in Misano, Italy, for rounds 6 and 7 of Season 10 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. The race weekend will kick off on April 13 for round 6 and continue on April 14 for round 7.
The races are taking place at the iconic Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli circuit, which is located in the beautiful Emilia-Romagna region. Usually home to Grand Prix Motorcycle (MotoGP) and Superbike World (WorldSBK) racing, as well as endurance and sports car racing, the circuit was designed in 1969 before opening in 1972. For Formula E's first visit, the circuit will run to 3.382 km with 14 turns. It's a rapid, flowing track with plenty of overtaking opportunities and room for maneuvers. The DS PENSKE Racing team has two past Formula E Champions driving its cars, 2022 World Champion Stoffel Vandoorne and the unique two-time Formula E Champion, Jean-Éric Vergne.
