February 18, 2025 - Mouser Electronics, Inc., the industry's leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components, is now stocking the NEH71x0 inductorless energy harvesting PMICs from Nexperia.

Nexperia NEH71x0 power management ICs (PMICs) are high-performance devices for energy harvesting solutions in low-power applications. The Nexperia NEH7100 and NEH7110 PMICs offer a rich set of auxiliary features, such as storage element protection, USB charging, and low dropout (LDO). These devices are optimized to harvest energy from a wide range of sources, such as light (indoor/outdoor PV cells), kinetic (movement/vibrations), thermal variation, and electromagnetic. The NEH71x0 PMICs gather energy from a suitable harvester to charge a storage element, such as a rechargeable battery or a supercapacitor. These components are available in a 28-lead, 4mm x 4mm x QFN package.

The Nexperia NEH71x0 energy harvesting PMICs are ideal for low-powered applications, such as remotes, wireless accessories, sensors, and wearables.
