Sensirion’s SHT4x Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensor Now at Mouser
April 13, 2021 - Mouser Electronics, Inc., the industry's leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components, is now stocking the SHT4x digital humidity and temperature sensor from Sensirion.
The Sensirion SHT4x digital humidity and temperature sensor provides constant temperature accuracy, up to 0.1°C, over a large measurement range. This 4th Generation sensor features ultra-low power consumption and comes in a small QFN package that measures 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm. The fully calibrated sensor offers linearized digital output, NIST traceability, and I2C fast mode plus. It is reflow solderable and operational in condensing environments. Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensor has a 1.08V to 3.6V supply voltage range, 80nA idle current, and an operating range of 0% to 100% RH, -40°C to +125°C. Tape-and-reel packaging, combined with suitability for standard SMD assembly processes, make the SHT4x ideal for high-volume applications.
For development, Mouser also stocks the SHT40 evaluation sensor, which is designed for use with SEK-SensorBridge sensing evaluation kit.
Applications for the SHT4x digital humidity and temperature sensor include climate control, anti-fogging, and relative humidity/temperature (RH/T) condition monitoring for climatic management of critical electronics.
