The AeroSplice reconnectable wire solution complies with military specification MIL-DTL-24308 and is suitable for high-performance, space-restricted aviation and defense applications.
The AeroSplice reconnectable wire solutions, now available at Mouser, allow users to connect wires using D*MA crimpable and removable contact technology for a wide range of standard wire gauges (28 AWG to 20 AWG) with one- or four-way connections. The AeroSplice wire solutions provide a 100% reliable connection and can reduce installation and inspection time by more than 60% compared with conventional splicing methods. The reconnectable design with removable crimp contacts also allows for easier and more cost-effective repairs. The wire solutions meet the demands of the aviation and defense industries, withstanding high vibration and temperatures from -55°C to +125°C.
