Mouser-Sponsored Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing Team Looks to Keep Momentum for the IMSA SportsCar Weekend
July 29, 2025 – Mouser Electronics, Inc., the New Product Introduction (NPI) leader™ empowering innovation, is gearing up to support the Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing team in the ninth race of the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season on August 3 at Road America in Plymouth, Wisconsin. The team is coming off a great showing at the recent Chevrolet Grand Prix in Ontario, Canada, where drivers Jack Hawksworth and Parker Thompson piloted the No. 12 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GTD entry to a third-place finish.
The Road America circuit is 4.048 miles (6.515 km) long with 14 turns. Built into the Wisconsin farmland, the track has never been altered from its original configuration since the first race in 1955. Road America is widely known across American motorsports and is a landmark in the racing community. With rolling hills and sweeping ravines, it is said to be one of the world's finest and most challenging road courses.
The 2025 season marks the seventh season Lexus and Vasser Sullivan have partnered together. Drivers for the race include Ben Barnicoat and Aaron Telitz in the No. 14 Lexus RC F GT3 in the GTD PRO class, with Hawksworth and Thompson again co-driving the No. 12 Lexus entry in the GTD class.
Mouser and its valued manufacturer partner Molex co-sponsor the Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing team, seeing the opportunity as an inventive way to communicate its performance-driven business model and promote the newest technologies.
