Mouser-Sponsored Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing Team Celebrates Podium Finish at IMSA Rolex 24 at Daytona

February 2, 2023 – Mouser Electronics, Inc., the industry's leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components™, congratulates the Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing team on their exciting third-place finish in the GTD PRO class at this past weekend's Rolex 24 at Daytona.

Jack Hawksworth, Ben Barnicoat and Mike Conway, in the SealMaster liveried No. 14 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3, ran in the top four during the entire 24-hour contest, except during pit stops. The vast majority of the time, they were in the top three, including leading 76 laps.

However, luck was not on Vasser Sullivan Lexus' side. After swapping positions multiple times, Hawksworth was in the lead and in command. Unfortunately, a competitor spun in front of him and Hawksworth was collected. The contact was not severe enough to knock him out of the race, but it did drop him to third and he could not make up the lost ground.

The Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing Team will stay in Florida for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring on March 18, followed by seven races across North America before the season-finale Motul Petit Le Mans in Atlanta on October 14.
