The Sensirion SHT41A automotive humidity and temperature sensor offers a 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply voltage range, AEC-Q100 qualification, and relative humidity accuracy of up to ±2% RH. The SHT41A series is a digital sensor platform designed to measure relative humidity and temperature with different accuracy gradings. The sensor can be interfaced via I2C or pulse-width modulation. An integrated heater allows for advanced onboard diagnostics, while the sensor element is designed for reliable operation in harsh conditions such as condensing environments.
The Sensirion SHT41A sensor is housed in a four-pin dual-flat-no-leads package and is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing.
Typical applications for the Sensirion SHT41A sensor include automotive HVAC and climate control, anti-fogging systems, and relative humidity/temperature (RH/T) condition monitoring for climatic management of critical electronics.
