Nexperia 74CB3Q3253 & 74CB3Q3257 FET Bus Switches
Nexperia 74CB3Q3253 and 74CB3Q3257 FET Bus Switches are low-delay, high-bandwidth bus switches with an integrated charge pump. These dual and quad high-bandwidth, single-pole, quad-throw devices are suitable for memory interleaving, sensor multiplexing, signal gating, and other switching applications. The Nexperia FET bus switches feature one select input (74CB3Q3257, S, or 74CB3Q3253, Sn) and one output enable input (74CB3Q3257, OE, or 74CB3Q3253, nOE). The switches are disabled when the OE or nOE input is high. The internal charge pump increases the gate voltage of the NMOS pass transistor. The result is improved RON and RON(flat) performance and the ability to switch 5V signals when VCC = 3.3V.Features
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.3V to 3.6V
- Overvoltage switching on switch ports:
- 0V to 5V switching with VCC = 2.5V
- 0V to 5V switching with VCC = 3.3V
- Switch voltage accepts signals up to 5.5V
- 4Ω (typical) ON resistance
- 3.5pF (typical) OFF-state capacitance
- High bandwidth 0.5GHz (maximum)
- Low input/output capacitance minimizes loading and signal distortion
- Fast switching frequency fmax = 20MHz (maximum)
- Low power consumption ICC = 0.4mA (typical)
- Control inputs can be driven by TTL or 5V/3.3V CMOS outputs
- IOFF supports partial power-down mode operation
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78E Class II Level A
- ESD protection:
- HBM ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001-2012 Class 2 exceeds 2kV
