onsemi NTBGSxDxN15MC & NVBGSxDxN15MC N-Channel MOSFETs

onsemi NTBGSxDxN15MC and NVBGSxDxN15MC N-Channel MOSFETs feature 150V drain-to-source voltage (V(BR)DSS) and low switching noises/EMI. These devices offer low QG and capacitance to minimize driver losses and low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses. The NTBGSxDxN15MC and NVBGSxDxN15MC MOSFETs are available in a Pb-free, Halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant D2PAK7 package. Typical applications include power tools, battery-operated vacuums, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)/drones, material handling, battery management systems (BMS)/storage, home automation, industrial forklifts, and traction control systems.
