onsemi NTMFSC PowerTrench® MOSFETs
onsemi NTMFSC PowerTrench® MOSFETs deliver low RDS(on) while maintaining excellent switching performance by extremely low junction-to-ambient thermal resistance (θJA). This is possible due to the advancements in silicon and Dual Cool™ package technologies. These onsemi PowerTrench MOSFETs come in 100% UIL-tested and RoHS-compliant DFN-8 packaging. Typical applications include synchronous rectifiers, AC-DC power supplies, primary MOSFET on 48V isolated converters, and isolated DC-DC converters.
