pSemi PE53231 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module

pSemi PE53231 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module is designed for utilization across the 3.45GHz to 4.2GHz frequency range with internal impedance matching networks. This multi-chip module integrates two switches and two LNAs for high- and low-band frequencies. The PE53231 features an ultra-low noise figure of <1dB for superior receiver sensitivity and performance, all while handling 20W average input power and enabling the removal of external circuitry. pSemi PE53231 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module offers high gain and gain flatness, functions as a failsafe when unexpected high-power signals come in from transmit (Tx), and improves receiver channel sensitivity with low noise figures. The module is available in a 40-lead 6mm x 6mm LGA package and is ideal for wireless infrastructure applications, such as TDD-LTE macro and micro cells, TDD-based communication systems, and pre-5G/5G massive MIMO systems.
