Qorvo QPA2966 20W GaN Wideband Power Amplifier
Qorvo QPA2966 20W GaN (Gallium Nitride) Wideband Power Amplifier operates from 2GHz to 18GHz and delivers 43dBm of saturated output power. The QPA2966 is fabricated on the Qorvo QGaN15 GaN on Silicon Carbide (SiC) process and is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications. The QPA2966 Amplifier is ideally used in wideband communication systems, military, electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and radar applications.
The Qorvo QPA2966 Amplifier is housed in a 10-lead bolt-down package with a Cu base for superior thermal management.
