Qorvo QPQ2200Q 5855-5925MHz RF BAW Filter is a high-performance, high-power Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) band-pass filter with extremely steep skirts. The device simultaneously exhibits low loss in the C-V2X band (B47) and high rejection Out-of-Band (OOB) band for coexistence with Wi-Fi and LTE systems.
The Qorvo QPQ2200Q enables the coexistence of C-V2X/DSRC signals with Wi-Fi and LTE signals within the same module or close to one another. Its unique power handling capability allows for implementation into high-power applications. The QPQ2200Q uses common module packaging techniques to achieve the industry-standard 1.1mm x 0.9mm x 0.585mm footprint. The filter was designed to meet the stringent AEC-Q200 requirements and is suitable for automotive applications.
