TDK VGT Transformers for IGBT/FET
TDK VGT Transformers successfully combine a shift to high coupling (low leakage) with a shift to completely automatic winding by employing a new structure that makes automatic winding possible. This results in isolation transformers that can provide a stable output. Even in terms of reliability, the separation of the connecting wire terminals for windings from the board connection terminals has yielded improvements in vibration resistance as well as highly-precise terminal flatness. The transformers offer various outputs, ranging from single-output to 4-output types for vehicle-mounted applications. They are compatible with a wide variety of inverter board layouts. The VGT components are AEC-Q200 qualified and ideal for use in intelligent power module drive power supplies of inverter motors.Features
