Texas Instruments ISO652x/ISO652x-Q1 Functional Isolators

Texas Instruments ISO652x/ISO652x-Q1 Dual-Channel Functional Isolators are high-performance devices with an isolation barrier that supports a 200VRMS/280VDC working voltage and 570VRMS/800VDC transient overvoltage. These digital isolators offer high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. The ISO652x/ISO652x-Q1 isolators prevent noise currents on data buses, such as SPI, UART, RS-232, RS-485, and CAN, from damaging sensitive circuits. These isolators feature a 50Mbps data rate, 1.71V to 5.5V level translation, and 11ns typical low propagation delay at 3.3V.

The ISO6521x/ISO652x-Q1 isolators operate within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These isolators are ideal for space-constrained applications that require isolation for non-safety applications. The ISO6521x/ISO652x-Q1 isolators are used in power supplies, motor drives, factory automation, building automation, lighting, and electricity meters. The ISO652x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
