Torex Semiconductor Second Generation Hi-SAT COT DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductors Second Generation Hi-SAT COT® DC/DC Converters incorporate improved constant on-time control and a higher accuracy voltage reference circuit to regulate sub-1v core voltages. These Torex Second Generation Hi-SAT COT devices are XC9266, XC9273/74/75, and XC9281/82 synchronous buck regulators. Typical applications include network and communication equipment, power supply modules, and other embedded products that can utilize the fast-transient response characteristics of the High-Speed Circuit Architecture for Transient with Constant On Time (Hi-SAT COT) architecture.
