SKY13377-313LF 10W SPDT Switch

Skyworks SKY13377-313LF 10W Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Switch is a GaAs pHEMT high power switch with 50Ω terminated outputs. The SKY13377-313LF is manufactured in a compact size of 2mm x 3mm x 0.9mm 6-pin DFN surface mount package. The high linearity performance and low insertion loss achieved by the switch makes it suitable for WiMAX and WLAN applications. This 10W SPDT switch is ideal for use in WiMAX 802.16, dual-band WLANs (802.11 a/b/g/n), and LTE/4G systems.
