SDR01 MZP High Anti-Surge Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor SDR01 MZP High Anti-Surge Chip Resistors are designed for applications that require a combination of high reliability, surge resistance, compact size, and high power handling. The AEC-Q200-qualified resistors deliver exceptional surge resistance and high power density in a compact 1005 (0402) package. Featuring ROHM's proprietary resistive element structure, the SDR01 MZP devices deliver improved anti-surge performance compared to conventional chip resistors, making the resistors well-suited for circuits exposed to transient voltages, inrush currents, and electrostatic discharge. The series supports a wide resistance range from 1Ω to 10MΩ, offers a power rating of up to 0.33W in the small 0402 footprint, and operates across a broad temperature range of -55°C to +155°C.
