NEVB-NPS3005B Evaluation Board

Nexperia NEVB-NPS3005B Evaluation Board is a dedicated printed circuit board (PCB) featuring Nexperia's NPS3005B load switch IC. This two-layer PCB features a substantial ground plane and layout routing that handle high continuous current while providing a low-resistance pathway into and out of the device under test. Separate voltage-sensing connections serve as test points to ensure accurate voltage and R_ON measurements. The test results are not affected by voltage drops created by the load current. Sold input and output connections are provided with convenient test-point pins and robust soldered pins. Nexperia NEVB-NPS3005B Evaluation Board also includes several connection terminals for GND and test points on the IN and OUT pins to allow a simple and convenient connection of scope probes.
