OPTIREG™ Linear TLE4263-2Gx Voltage Regulators

Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ Linear TLE4263-2Gx Voltage Regulators are monolithic integrated very low dropout voltage regulators in an SMD PG-DSO-8 or PG-DSO-14 package, specially designed for automotive applications. An input voltage up to 45V is regulated to an output voltage of 5.0V. The Infineon OPTIREG™ Linear TLE4263-2Gx Voltage Regulators drive loads up to 180mA. These ICs are short-circuit-proof due to the implemented current limitation and have an integrated overtemperature shutdown. These regulators feature power-on and undervoltage reset with an adjustable reset threshold, a watchdog circuit for monitoring a connected microcontroller, and an inhibit input for enabling or disabling the component.
