CPC1009N OptoMOS® Relays

IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1009N OptoMOS® Relays are miniature, low-voltage, low on-resistance, low off-state leakage, normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relays in a 4-lead SOP package. The MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use OptoMOS architecture to provide 1500V_RMS of input-to-output isolation. The optically coupled output is controlled by highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED. IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1009N OptoMOS® Relays use double-molded vertical construction to produce a small 4-lead relay that offers board space savings of 20% over similar 4-lead SOP relays.
