Vicor 12V/24V/48V ZVS Buck-Boost & Buck Regulators
Vicor Cool-Power® ZVS Buck-Boost Regulators combine high-efficiency zero-voltage switching (ZVS) topology with a high-density system-in-pack (SiP) design to provide high performance with ease of design. The Cool-Power regulators integrate the switching controller, power switches, and all active components. The regulators can deliver high efficiency, including over 98%, depending on the model. These units offer a fast transient response and are parallel capable with single-wire current sharing. The 48V regulators convert input voltages as high as 60V to outputs as low as 2.2V at up to 22A, eliminating the need for intermediate conversion stages. The regulators enable high-efficiency 48V to point-of-load (PoL) conversion. Applications include lighting, computing, communications, industrial, networking, automotive equipment, and more.Features
