Vishay eSMP® Fred Pt® SlimSMAW Hyperfast Rectifiers

Vishay eSMP® Fred Pt® SlimSMAW Hyperfast Rectifiers are available with 100V or 200V options in the eSMP series SlimSMAW (DO-221AD) package with a low 1.0mm profile. eSMP Fred Pt SlimSMAW Hyperfast Rectifiers are footprint-compatible with the common SOD-128 package. These 2A and 3A rectifiers offer high current density, while their wide leads provide stronger adhesion to the PCB and improve automated optical inspection (AOI) in automotive systems. The FRED Pt technology enables ultrafast recovery times down to 15ns, reduced Q_rr to 20nC, and soft recovery features over the entire working temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. These Vishay rectifiers are available in AEC-Q101 qualified versions and come with a low forward voltage drop of 0.69V. This feature reduces power losses and improves efficiency. These are ideal for high frequency, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, PFC, snubber industrial, and automotive applications.
