YAGEO Nexensos RTD Temperature Sensors
YAGEO Nexensos RTD Temperature Sensors encapsulate a platinum RTD element into an aluminum oxide ceramic housing to provide excellent electrical isolation. These temperature sensors are offered with either Pt100 or Pt1000 resistance values and can be easily inserted into metal housings due to their small diameter. The connection wires on these YAGEO Nexensos sensors are PTFE-insulated, 26AWG, and have 0.04Ω/ft (0.134Ω/m) resistance for each conductor. The ceramically housed temperature sensors are ideal for laboratory ovens and instrumentation, temperature probe assemblies, and HVAC applications.Ceramic Housing RTD High Temperature Sensor
YAGEO Nexensos Ceramic Housing RTD High-Temperature Sensors encapsulate a platinum RTD element into an aluminum oxide ceramic housing to provide excellent electrical isolation. These sensors are available with either Pt100 or Pt1000 resistance values and feature a small diameter for insertion into metal housings of 0.156" (3.96mm) and larger. The 24AWG lead wires are fiberglass-insulated with a wire resistance of 0.030Ω/ft (0.098Ω/m) for each conductor. With a 500°C maximum operating temperature, these ceramically housed RTD temperature sensors are ideal for temperature probe assembly and laboratory settings as well as heating, air conditioning, and ventilation applications.
General Purpose RTD Temp Sensors with Jacketed Cables
YAGEO Nexensos General Purpose RTD Temperature Sensors with Jacketed Cables enclose a platinum element in a corrosion–resistant stainless steel protective housing. An abrasion-resistant PFA jacket projects the 26AWG connection wires, which feature 0.01Ω/ft (0.134Ω/m) resistance for each conductor. These sensors operate in a -40°C to +260°C temperature range and are available in Pt100 and Pt1000 resistance values. YAGEO Nexensos General Purpose RTD Temperature Sensors are ideal for lab instrumentation, data logging, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.
General Purpose Platinum RTD Temperature Sensors
YAGEO Nexensos General Purpose Platinum RTD Temperature Sensors use ceramic cement to encapsulate a platinum RTD element inside corrosion-resistant, stainless steel housing. These sensors are available in Pt100 or Pt1000 resistance values, with fiberglass-insulated, 24AWG connection wires that feature 0.04Ω/ft (0.134Ω/m) resistance for each conductor. These YAGEO Nexensos sensors operate in temperatures between -40°C and 500°C. These features make this general-purpose temperature sensor series ideal for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, data logging, lab instrumentation, and other high-temperature sensing applications.
