0ZAF Surface-Mount PTC Resettable Fuses

Bel Fuse 0ZAF Surface-Mount PTC Resettable Fuses feature a 2920 chip size that is AEC-Q compliant and provides a faster time to trip than standard SMD devices. These positive temperature coefficient (PTC) chip fuses protect against harmful overcurrent and short-circuit conditions and can also be used to protect against overtemperature conditions not necessarily caused by excessive current. The 0ZAF series offers a 240V_AC/250V_AC maximum voltage, 50mA to 160mA operating (hold current) range, and 2A maximum current. These solid-state fuses are lead free, halogen free, UL recognized, and RoHS compliant. Bel Fuse 0ZAF Surface-Mount PTC Resettable Fuses operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
