Littelfuse AQ7538-08UTG 0.3pF TVS Diode Arrays
Littelfuse AQ7538-08UTG 0.3pF TVS Diode Arrays integrate eight channels of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional Zener diode for protecting electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge (ESD). The Littelfuse AQ7538-08UTG is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. These TVS diode arrays safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level, ±8kV contact discharge, as specified in the international standard IEC 61000-4-2, without performance degradation (±8kV contact discharge). The low loading capacitance also makes the series ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins, such as V-by-One, HDMI, USB3.0, USB3.1, USB2.0, and IEEE 1394.
