Masach Tech Nickel-Silver Drawn-Seamless Electromagnetic Interference / Radio Frequency Interference (EMI / RFI) Shields offer good solderability, corrosion resistance, and an attractive finish, eliminating the need for extra plating requirements. These shields feature a chemical composition that is 55% copper, 27% zinc, and 18% nickel, and the major shielding elements are copper and nickel. Masach's fabrication process uses drawn frames and snap-on covers to produce a seamless, more hermetic shield that is as durable as it is effective. The solid construction resists dents and warps, while the two-piece design is convenient and enables the inspection and repair of shielded components without removing the entire shield.
