Vishay / Sfernice D2TO35M Surface-Mount Power Resistors
Vishay/Sfernice D2TO35M Surface-Mount Power Resistors are non-inductive devices with multi-pulses capabilities. These resistors feature 35W power at 25°C case temperature, 10Ω to 10KΩ resistance range, 500V limiting element voltage, 7.14KΩ critical resistance, and ≤0.1μH inductance. The D2TO35M resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and are available in a TO-263 (D2PAK) style package. These resistors are used in battery management systems, power supplies, high-speed switching, industrial welding machines, and load resistor snubbers.
