TE Connectivity's AD-102 air bubble detector (ABD) is designed to detect air-in-line (AIL) with a bubble resolution of 25% tubing inner diameter. This compact sensor employs advanced ultrasonic technology to identify interruptions in liquid flow, regardless of the liquid type. The AD-102 ABD features high noise immunity that ensures accurate results in environments with electrical noise. This detector operates within the 2mA to 10mA current range, 700hPa to 1060hPa pressure range, and 0°C to 60°C temperature range. The AD-102 sensor complies with RoHS directive 2011/65/EU standard.

This detector is suitable for applications such as infusion pumps, cardiac ablation, blood processing, DNA analysis, chemical analysis, 3D printing and food processing.
