Nisshinbo R1525S0xxB-EV Evaluation Boards

Nisshinbo R1525S0xxB-EV Evaluation Boards are for evaluating the R1525 ultra-low supply current voltage regulators. The R1525S voltage regulators feature a 200mA output current and up to 42V input voltage. By providing excellent noise immunity, this device is suitable as a power source for the control unit used in the electromagnetic environment.

Features

  • Achieves a low-supply current of 2.2µA (typical) with the LDO at a maximum rating of 50V (peak inrush voltage: 60V)
  • Ensures the design margin by the output voltage with a high accuracy of ±0.6% (Ta=25°C)
  • Protects the output voltage variations in the high-frequency noise band (10MHz to 1GHz)
