Panasonic AQZ10 and AQZ20 High Capacity PhotoMOS® are relays in packaged in a slim SIL 4-pin size (21mm x 3.5mm x 12.5mm), enabling high-density mounting. These relays feature extremely low on-resistance, high I/O isolation voltage, and a low off-state leakage current (10µA maximum) in a space-saving design. The Panasonic AQZ10 and AQZ20 High Capacity PhotoMOS series offers an extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage, enabling control of low-level analog signals without distortion.Features
