Qorvo QPA0106 18W GaN Wideband Power Amplifier
Qorvo QPA0106 18W GaN (Gallium Nitride) Wideband Power Amplifier operates from 1GHz to 6GHz and delivers 42.7dBm of saturated output power. The QPA0106 is fabricated on a proprietary QGaN25 0.25µm GaN on Silicon Carbide (SiC) process and is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications. The QPA0106 Amplifier is ideally used in wideband communication systems, electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and radar applications.
The Qorvo QPA0106 is offered in a QFN-48 package that provides thermal properties suitable for use in both commercial and military radar systems.
