STMicroelectronics MP34DT06J MEMS Microphone

STMicroelectronics MP34DT06J MEMS Microphone is an ultra-compact, low-power, omnidirectional, digital MEMS audio sensor built with a capacitive sensing element and an IC interface. This low-distortion digital microphone offers a 64dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and -26dBFS±1dB sensitivity. The capacitive sensing element of this microphone is capable of detecting acoustic waves and is manufactured using a specialized silicon micromachining process. The MP34DT06J microphone features an IC interface that is manufactured using a CMOS process to allow and provide digital signal externally in PDM format.

The STMicroelectronics MP34DT06J MEMS Microphone operates within -40°C to +85°C extended operating temperature range and comes in a top-port, SMD-compliant, and EMI-shielded HCLGA package. Typical applications include mobile terminals, laptops, portable media players, VoIP, speech recognition, A/V eLearning devices, gaming/virtual reality input devices, digital still/video cameras, and anti-theft systems.
